Coronavirus (COVID19) Policy
**IMPORTANT** Due to the current outbreak of COvid-19 ALL visits will be conducted via Doxy.me- a HIPAA compliant platform. You will need access to a computer or phone with internet access. Within 24 hours of your visit you will be emailed a link to the Doxy meeting. Please follow directions for logging in on that email.
It’s easy to be concerned and confused, but we want to reassure you that we are keeping a close eye on information from the CDC and Oregon Health Authority, and will update you as needed.
Given the latest updates, at this time, we want to focus on minimizing exposure and reducing transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID19).
It is important to stay home if you are sick to prevent spreading the virus.
At this time, Coronavirus testing can be done is still hard to find.
You can help protect your family and community members by asking yourself these questions :
#1: Do you have these symptoms?

Fever (temperature above 100.4 degrees)

Shortness of breath, or lower respiratory infection symptoms
#2: Have you had potential exposure?

Have you, a family member, or co-worker traveled internationally (or been in contact with someone who has traveled internationally) within the last 14 days?

If yes, where? Have you traveled to/from or through China, South Korea, Japan, Italy, or Iran?

Have you had contact with anyone with a laboratory-confirmed case of Covid-19 (Coronavirus)?
If you answer YES to any of the above questions, please isolate from family and present to a local ER with severe symptoms.
